The Story About Blue Zones - The Secrets Of Longevity

Blue Zones are unique regions in the world where people live significantly longer and healthier lives compared to the global average. The term “Blue Zones” was first coined by Dan Buettner, a National Geographic Fellow and journalist, who identified these regions while studying the secrets of longevity. There are five blue zones: Okinawa (Japan), Ikaria (Greece), Loma Linda (Calilornia), Sardinia (Italy), and Nicoya (Costa Rica). Τhese blue zones hold the secrets of longevity.
